SHENCHEN KNITWEAR is an export-facing knitwear brand based in the Puyuan, Tongxiang sweater production base. The factory focuses on 18G seamless sweater production for brand buyers who need a narrow knitwear lane: real sampling, measured production, practical QC and private label details handled in sequence.
Focused product lane
The first-stage website stays narrow by design: 18-gauge seamless sweaters and fine-gauge wool knitwear, shown with an editorial fit reference first and real sample options kept close for buyer review.

Cooperation fit
We may not be the right factory if you are looking for a broad garment supplier for many unrelated categories, the lowest possible price without stable quality requirements, ready-stock retail items instead of OEM/ODM production, or unsupported certification and brand-reference claims.
If none of these describes your project, we are ready to support your 18G seamless sweater development with careful sampling, stable production and long-term cooperation.
Development flow
Material reference
For fine-gauge wool sweater development, buyers can choose yarns such as BRISBANE 60 NM/2, 100% Merino Super 120's, 17.5 microns, anti-shrinkage.
Yarn information is used as product development support. Final material selection depends on buyer requirements.
BRISBANE is a yarn reference only, not a factory-owned brand or customer relationship.
Quality control
The QC flow stays practical and easy to review: yarn check, sample and size confirmation, first-piece approval, in-process inspection, finishing, final inspection and packing check.
Yarn count, composition, color lot, hand feel and visible defects.
Measurements, fit, color, construction, label position and buyer approval.
