18G Seamless Sweater OEM FAQ

Available stock styles can start from 50 pcs when the style, color and size split match current availability. Custom color orders usually start from 100 pcs per color. Final MOQ may vary with yarn, label, packing and style details.

The current product direction uses 100% imported wool with 60 Nm/2 wool yarn reference. For buyer-specified yarn, we review feasibility during sampling.

The current size range is S, M, L. Current sample weight reference: S 138g, M 148g, L 152g. Core color references are Black, ivory white, deep grey, charcoal grey and coffee brown. One neckline has five color references; the other neckline samples can be used for custom color review.

For standard styles, sampling usually takes around 3 days after key details are confirmed. Sampling time may be longer for special yarn, multiple color trials or extra private label details.

Bulk lead time is usually around 30 days after sample approval. Final timing depends on quantity, yarn preparation, color range, style complexity and packing details.

Payment can be discussed as two-stage or three-stage terms. The final balance should be cleared before shipment or before port arrival according to the confirmed quotation, proforma invoice or order terms.

Standard packing can follow a common garment export route: folded garment, individual polybag, size or barcode sticker when needed, hangtag or care label, then export carton with carton mark. Buyer packing instructions can be reviewed before bulk production.

Yes. A tech pack is best, but buyers can also start with a reference photo, physical sample, yarn requirement, size chart or clear style direction.

Yes. We can review custom neck labels, care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, individual polybags and carton marks after buyer details are confirmed.

Our first-stage focus is 18G seamless sweaters, fine-gauge wool sweaters, lightweight seamless knit tops and private label sweater OEM/ODM.

Yes. Buyers can share size tolerance, inspection checklist, packaging standard or label requirements before bulk production.
